Rider Spotlight: Rose Grant
An evening at Rose Grant’s Montana home might be spent over a warm bowl of deer chili and a thick slice of homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. With a much different origin story and unique approach to training, Rose isn’t your typical professional mountain bike racer. In fact, if you asked her to describe herself, she’d first say, “I’m a mom.”
2021 Course Preview: Stage 1 in Palmer Park
Courtesy of The Warner Group we bring you a preview of what you can expect from Stage 1 in Palmer Park this September. Take a look as Sean, Bobbi Kae and Michelle show us what to expect from Thursday's prologue.
Rider Spotlight: Chris Carmichael

Founder of Carmichael Training Systems (CTS), Carmichael was an Olympian and professional cyclist before embarking on a coaching career and founding CTS in 2000.
Rider Spotlight: Ryan Standish
These days Ryan Standish resides in Heber City, Utah, but we caught up with him on the road last week between races in Arkansas.
