CO.A.T.I in Downtown Colorado Springs

After a tough day of competition, head to the southern end of downtown to the Trolley Building for an innovative collection of food & beverage options that have both indoor and outdoor seating. Set your GPS to South Tejon Street and Cimarron and you'll be in the right place. The new kids on the block are Pikes Peak Brewing Co. with a rooftop bar and CO.A.T.I, an upscale restaurant "hatchery."

Choose from desserts at XOXO, a healthy juice or coffee from Two Suns, Korean street eats at Anju, unique sandwiches ad Equilibrium, soulful seafood at Luchals and adventurous cocktails at Rival Bar. Streetcar 520 offers good food and good vibes. Everything is eclectic and delicious, but make sure to order the fries with curry sauce on the side. The Exchange serves up craft coffees and teas as well as hearty breakfasts, a wide variety of lunch options and dinner as well. Moving down the block, get a huuuuuge pizza at Fat Sully's, stacked breakfast sandwiches at Denver Biscuit Company and fun cocktails at Atomic Cowboy. All three of these are in the same two-story location. On the south side of the block, you'll find Frozen Gold, soft serve ice cream concoctions unlike anything you've ever seen. Dos Santos serves innovative Mexican fare and the street tacos you're craving. Cap off the night with Cork and Cask for an elevated Whiskey and Wine experience.
