The APEX has solidified a place on the calendars of pros and amateurs alike as a “can’t miss” event. We invite you to join us and experience the highest profile mountain bike event on the Front Range of Colorado.
We welcome outdoor organizations and recreation brands to join us for The APEX Outdoor Festival & Expo. This opportunity offers exposure to an audience of cyclists, runners and outdoor enthusiasts in an exciting atmosphere, located across from the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum with views of Pikes Peak and the front range.

Discounts
Discounts on space are available to nonprofit organizations. If you can upload documentation showing the organization represented has been designated nonprofit status by the IRS, use discount code Nonprofit to receive $75 off the Expo Package.

Tear down is from 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM

Other Promotional Opportunities
Email us about promotional opportunities for brands that offer products and services to support athletes or add to their experience. Examples include product prizes, nutrition & hydration, hosting pre-event rides and athlete experiences.
Set Up
Set up can begin at 6:00 AM. Please be set up and ready by 9:30 AM.
Load in from Cimino Drive. No driving on the grass. Must walk to grassy Expo area. Tents must be weighted and tied down. Stakes are not allowed in grassy area.
Water is available on site. Electricity will not be available.
Tear Down
Tear down can begin when the Expo ends at 6:15 PM.
Trash containers and dumpsters will be on site—please move all trash out of your expo area and into the dumpster.
Insurance
Exhibitors will need to provide certificates of insurance. COI should include Pikes Peak Outdoor Recreation Alliance - 310 S. 14th Street, #212, Colorado Springs, CO 80904 and Tourism Strategies LLC - PO BOX 380423 BIRMINGHAM, AL 35238 as additional insureds. Coverage minimums are $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate general liability. Any vehicles used as part of the expo should be covered by automotive liability.
